Ukrainian-Latvian couple Lyudmila Kichenok / Elena Ostapenko reached the second round of doubles Australian Open 2024.
At the start of the event, Kichenok and Ostapenko beat the American duo Emina Bektas / Kayla Day. The meeting lasted one hour and 34 minutes.
Completed her performance in Australia in doubles Angelina Kalinina. Paired with Anna Karolina Shmidlova from Slovakia, the Ukrainian lost in two sets to Emma Navarro and Diana Schneider (5:7, 0:6).
