It is reported that the Dnipro residents owe the coach about 100 thousand USD.
Former head coach Dnepra-1 Alexander Kucher filed a lawsuit against his former club. Dnipro did not fully settle accounts with the coach after his dismissal.
It is reported that Dnepr-1 owes wages for the last three months of Kucher’s work. Also, the Dnipro team still have not paid the coach the bonus specified in the contract for second place in the 2022/23 season. It is reported that the total debt is 100 thousand USD.
Kucher filed a claim with the Chamber for Dispute Resolution of the Ukrainian Football Association in December. The consideration of the case in the House of Football will take place after the election of the UAF President.
Let us remind you that another former coach of Dnepr-1, Igor Jovichevich, previously filed a similar lawsuit due to non-payment of bonuses for a prize-winning place in the UPL. FIFA imposed a transfer ban on the Dnipro team over this case.
Dnepr-1 takes second place in the UPL, behind Krivbass in additional indicators. Yuri Maximov’s team will open the spring part of the season with a match against Minai. The base date for the 18th round of the UPL is February 24.
