“Naples” won a major victory over Fiorentine in the semi-final of the Italian Super Cup.
The match took place in Saudi Arabia and ended with a score of 3:0. Striker Giovanni Simeone scored a goal for the Neapolitans in the first half (22nd minute). In the 81st minute of the match, striker Alessio Dzerbin appeared on the field and scored goals in the 84th and 87th minutes.
In the first half, Fiorentina’s goal was disallowed for offside after a VAR review, then midfielder Jonathan Ikone missed a penalty.
Napoli’s Georgian midfielder Khvicha Kvaratskhelia started the match in the starting lineup and played until the 72nd minute without scoring a goal.
Inter and Lazio will meet in the other Super Cup semi-final. The match will take place on Friday, January 19 and will start at 22:00 (Moscow time).
