Athletistic / Football. Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric will leave the Spanish club at the end of this season. The 38-year-old Croatian has been a Los Blancos player since the summer of 2012.
According to Relevo, Modric has no plans to renew his contract with the Royal Club and wants to continue his career elsewhere. Previously it was reported that in the summer of 2024 Modric could join one of the clubs in Saudi Arabia.
Luka Modric has won the Champions League five times and the Spanish title four times. This season he appeared on the field in 24 matches and scored one goal and five assists. As a member of the Croatian national team, he became a silver and bronze medalist at the World Championships. Modric won the Ballon d’Or in 2018.
