Athletistic/Football. Spartak Moscow veteran Andrei Konovalov has commented on rumors that the team’s head coach Guillermo Abascal could manage Cadiz.
“There was nothing to suggest such a situation, if it exists. It seems to me that the Portuguese sporting director was hired specifically for Abascal. Therefore, for the moment, I think that these are more rumors. Although Such things do not appear out of nowhere,” Konovalov told Euro-Futbol.ru.
Abaskal has led Spartak since June 2022. This season, the Moscow team is in 5th place in the standings, with 30 points in 18 matches.
