On Monday the Miners will play with Pyunik
Test match Miner — Ludogorets will not take place due to unfavorable weather conditions.
The Ukrainian champion will hold his first sparring at the Turkish training camp against the Armenian Pyunik. The meeting will take place on Monday, January 22, at 14:30 Kyiv time.
Pyunik is a 15-time champion of Armenia, silver medalist of the 2022/23 season.
A friendly match between Shakhtar and the reigning champions of Bulgaria was scheduled for today – Sunday, January 21. It was supposed to start at 16:30 Kyiv time.
Let us remind you that Shakhtar arrived in Turkey on January 14. In total, the Miners planned six control matches at the training camp. Earlier it was reported that one of the rivals would be Polish Lech. Sparring is scheduled for January 25.
Shakhtar took third place in Group H of the Champions League. Marino Pusic’s team will play in the 1/16 of the Europa League, where its opponent will be Marseille. In the Ukrainian Championship, the Miners are in fourth place, three points behind the leaders, but with two matches in hand.
