Ukrainian freestyler Kotovsky won the FIS Open tournament in the USA

He beat world champion Roth and Olympic champion Lillis

Ukrainian freestyler Dmitry Kotovsky triumphed at an international tournament FIS Openwhich took place in American Park City.

Kotovsky scored 120.89 points at the end of his performance. He beat current world champion Noe Roth (109.69) and 2022 Olympic champion Christopher Lillis (107.69).

In early December, Kotovsky won a bronze medal in the Finnish Ruka at the World Cup in ski acrobatics, and then became the winner of the European Cup. Dmitry was also recognized as the best athlete of December 2023 in Ukraine according to the NOC.

Kotovsky, as part of the Ukrainian national team, will perform at the upcoming three stages of the Ski Acrobatics World Cup, which will take place in early February in North America: February 2 (Deer Valley, Utah, USA), and February 10-11 – in Lac Beauporte (Quebec , Canada).
