“I ran away from Spartak for a trial at the Volga and said I was sick. But thank you Beschastnykh for letting me go” – Malyarov, Baltika player

Defender of Kaliningrad “Baltic” Kirill Malyarov on the air of the program “Third Time” on MATCH PRIME, he told how he escaped from “Spartacus” for the pleasure of playing for the Volga from Nizhny Novgorod.

Malyarov graduated from the Spartak Moscow football academy. In 2013, he joined the Volga youth team. Subsequently, the player played for the main team of the Nizhny Novgorod club.

– Transfer from Spartak to the Volga. What kind of escape did you have there?

– Yes, I ran to see him in Volga. He said he was sick. But thanks to (former Academy coach Fyodor Cherenkov and Spartak youth) Vladimir Evgenievich Beschastnykh for walking into my situation and letting me go. We had a good conversation with him. I told him I didn’t play much. And there, it’s another level, double squads. If I play there, it will be great for me,” Malyarov said on MATCH PREMIER.

This season, 26-year-old Malyarov has played 24 matches for Baltika in all tournaments and provided one assist.
