Former Moscow footballer CSKA Valéry Masalitine told that the management of the military club may consider selling the goalkeeper Ilya Pomazun if the capital’s Spartak offers a good amount to the player.
Previously, the Telegram channel “Mutko against” reported that negotiations on the transfer of Pomazun to Spartak were at an advanced stage. The 27-year-old goalkeeper’s agent, Alexei Safonov, told that reports of Pomazun’s possible transfer were just rumours.
— Now the main thing for Pomazun is to train. If Spartak offers Ilya a good sum, then CSKA might consider it. But his best option is to go abroad, if possible, and get some playing time there.
– Can you imagine that Ilya, a graduate of the army team, will agree to join Spartak?
– Why not? Alexander Mostovoy graduated from CSKA, but he moved to Spartak. Igor Korneev graduated from Spartak, but he made his mark at CSKA. It all depends on Ilya’s wishes, but it’s better for him to go to Europe,” Masalitin told .
Pomazun is spending the current season on loan at Ural Yekaterinburg. The goalkeeper has made 22 appearances in all tournaments, keeping six clean sheets. The Transfermarkt portal estimates the value of Pomazun’s transfer at 2.5 million euros.
