Mircea has not yet decided on his role in the team
Ex-mentor of Dynamo and Shakhtar Mircea Lucescu next season will work in Dinamo Bucharest.
The president of the Romanian club, Florin Prunea, announced an agreement with Lucescu. However, what post Lucescu will occupy at Dynamo has not yet been announced.
“Mircea will end up at Dynamo. Either as president, or as a manager, or even as a coach. His future is connected with Dynamo.”
In early November, Lucescu resigned as the head coach of Dynamo Kyiv after a defeat to Shakhtar (0:1). Subsequently, Cluj and Besiktas were interested in the specialist.
According to Romanian journalists, the coach himself is waiting for an offer from the Romanian national team, with whom he would like to work until the end of his career. In December, Mircea was also named among the candidates to become the new coach of Lyon and Romanian second division club Corvinula.
Dinamo Bucharest closes the Romanian championship standings after 24 games.
