Daniel Alves received financial help from Neymar Sr., and the defense tried to reach an agreement with the complainant’s lawyers in recent weeks, as reported by the Spanish channel “Telecinco”.
The negotiation was unsuccessful after Lucia Alves, Daniel’s mother, publish the name and image of the complainant on her social networks. The Spaniard’s lawyer stated that she will sue the player’s mother.
