The 23-year-old Bjarkason arrived at Venezia FC in the 20/21 season and has so far made 33 appearances in the orange and green jersey, scoring 1 goal and 2 assists. At international level, Bjarkason made 22 caps between the ages of 17 and 21 for the Iceland national team, and also played twice for the senior national team.
