Prosecution asks for maximum sentence for Daniel Alves; check out

This Wednesday, 7th, Daniel Alves gave her testimony on the last day of the trial of the sexual abuse complaint made by a Spanish woman, in early 2023. In addition to the words of the player, who spoke about the case for the first time and not her defense team, the prosecution lawyer also gave his version.

In this case of Daniel Alves, the maximum sentence is 12 years. On the other hand, the player’s defense continues to ask for his acquittal, as this year in prison only happened preventively. In the view of Ines Guardiolathe side’s lawyer, he did not limit himself to just giving one version and the woman also showed interest in sexual intercourse.

“The violence described by the complainant during penetration is incompatible with the medical expert evidence. No injuries to your internal or external genitals. It confirms that sexual intercourse was consensual.(…) There was no redness or signs (on the face). It is incompatible with the mechanics it describes. (…) It is essential to evaluate previous behavior to assess consent”, declared the lawyer.

In addition to the request for acquittal, the player’s defense asked for Daniel Alves’ provisional release so that it would be possible to withdraw his Brazilian and Spanish passports.
