Ronen Ginzburg’s team continues to fight for first place in the regular season
Prometheus won confidently Valmiera in a regular season match Latvian-Estonian Basketball League — 91:77.
Ronen Ginzburg’s team took the lead in the first quarter. Next, Prometheus succeeded in making shots from behind the arc, and subsequently the advantage reached two dozen points. Valmiera managed to win back the gap towards the end, but this did not affect the final result.
As part of Prometheus, Tai Odiase set a personal record in LEBL, scoring 31 points. Ondjei Balvin has 13 points and 8 rebounds.
Prometheus continues to fight for first place in the LEBL, having achieved its 21st victory in 23 matches, and is second only to Kalev/Cramo. In the next match, Ginzburg’s team will play against Liepaja on February 28.
