The World Cup Draw is one of the most anticipated sporting events this week. With the definition of a few more spots for the selections in the continental qualifiers, FIFA can now draw the groups of the main world competition. However, the entity will hold the event without the 32 selections being confirmed, since we still have the repechage.

It is worth remembering that the 2022 World Cup will take place between November 21 and December 18 of this year, in Qatar. This Friday, the 1st, in Doha, capital of the Middle Eastern country that will host the tournament, at 1:00 pm (Brasilia time), we are going to know what the brackets will be and which one Brazil will enter, having a path to the sixth quieter or quarry.

In this way, the selections will be divided into four pots, each with eight teams in each, which will be separated through the FIFA ranking. The only exception in this case is the Qatari team, which is hosting the tournament in their own home, and therefore will be allocated the seed of Group A.

It is important to note that teams from the same continent cannot be in the same group, with the exception of European countries, which have a limit of two per group. In addition to them, countries that qualify through the repechage cannot be in the same group either. With that, the Perufor example, will not catch Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador or Uruguay.

On open TV, “Globo” will be responsible for the transmission, while on closed TV, “Sportv” will be responsible for the broadcast.
