The son of a legendary coach defends Ukraine with arms in his hands and paints pictures using a unique technique
An exhibition of paintings took place in Kyiv Oleg Bazilevich Jr.son of the legendary Dynamo coach, called “Front Palette”.
The event opened on February 25, 2024, the first day of the third year after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The author paints his paintings at the front, and does this using a unique technique. The artist does not use standard paints. All the paintings were painted by him using earth, clay, ash and soot.
Oleg Bazilevich Jr. is a scientist and businessman, candidate of geographical sciences. In the spring of 2022, after the start of the war unleashed by Russia against our country, he decided to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Bazilevich continues to take part in combat operations with the rank of senior lieutenant, and is currently on leave for health reasons.
Early in the morning of February 24, 2022, Russia fired rockets and aerial bombardment of most Ukrainian cities, and then launched a full-scale military invasion. The war against Russia has continued for the 739th day.
