Dynamo’s unbeaten streak in European competitions has reached 9 matches

At home, the Kievans cannot win 6 fights in a row

Having drawn with Fenerbahce (0:0), Dynamo extended its overall unbeaten streak in European competition up to 9 matches (2 draws and 7 losses).

Kievans repeated the “record” result for Ukrainian clubs of Dawn 5 years ago. The last time the white and blue won on the international stage was on February 25, 2021 – 1:0 away from Brugge in the 1/16 finals of the Europa League.

Dynamo also updated their personal anti-record, not knowing victories at home for 6 games in a row (3 draws and 3 losses). The last time the Kyivians achieved success at home was on December 8, 2020, having defeated Ferencváros in the Champions League group stage (1:0).

Among Ukrainian teams, only Shakhtar had a longer home unbeaten streak in European competition – 7 matches.

The return match between Dinamo and Fenerbahce will be held on July 27 in Istanbul. The start is at 20:00.

The winner of the confrontation Dynamo – Fenerbahce will play with the Austrian Sturm in the third round of the Champions League qualification. The losing team will continue to play in the Europa League, where they will meet with the Czech Slovacko in the third qualifying round.
