The spring part of the season in the First and Second Leagues will begin on March 23
The president Professional Football League (PFL) Alexander Kadenko said that many clubs in the First and Second Leagues are already working to obtain permission to allow fans into the stands.
“I can’t say yet who refuses and who doesn’t – the clubs are looking into this issue. In principle, we still have a little time before the start of the championship. I can say that about 40% of clubs are now planning and resolving issues of relevant regulations,” Kadenko said.
Let us remind you that a number of UPL clubs announced the admission of fans to their home matches: Veres, Polesie, LNZ, Alexandria, Obolon, Shakhtar, Minaj and Vorskla. Dynamo also started holding matches with fans. Zorya will not be able to host spectators this season, since the construction of the shelter at the Left Bank stadium has not been completed. At the same time, the commercial director of SC Dnepr-1 Vyacheslav Fridman criticized the initiative to admit fans.
In the First League, following the results of the autumn part of the championship, the first place in the Champion group is occupied by Carpathians. The season in the First and Second Leagues will resume on March 23.
