President of the Russian Football Union (RFU) Alexander Dukov when submitting the form Russian national team noted that it has important symbolic meaning.

The uniform was officially presented on Sunday at the VDNKh in Moscow.

As already mentioned, every football player has always dreamed of wearing this T-shirt.

The national team uniform is a symbol, it symbolizes this dream and the confirmation that the player is truly recognized, that his talent is needed in the national team. And of course, this right places a huge responsibility on the players. There are many veterans here today, they can tell you what emotions they felt when they left to fight for their country. It’s very exciting. There are a lot of young footballers here. The desire to play in this form should motivate you to train harder to realize your talent. The Russian national team will play friendly matches against Serbia and Paraguay in March. The match against the Serbs will take place on March 21, against the Paraguayans on March 25. Both matches will take place in Moscow, at the Dynamo stadium.
