Chernomorets officially announced the signing of a contract with the midfielder Vladislav Ogirey.
The 33-year-old footballer, starting from the 2009/10 season, played in Ukraine for Zorya, Arsenal (Belaya Tserkov), Olimpik, Alexandria, Desna and Polesie. In total, he played 159 matches at the UPL level. He played even more matches in the Ukrainian First League. He also played for the Kazakh Irtysh for several months.
This season, Ogirya appeared on the field 14 times as part of the Zhytomyr club, in six cases with the captain’s armband. At the beginning of March, the opornik left Polesie, receiving the status of a free agent.
Chernomorets is in 10th place in the UPL with 23 points. The home match of Roman Grigorchuk’s team against Veres will take place on March 17. Previously, it was assumed that spectators would be allowed to attend, but subsequently the Odessa military administration refused to allow the Sailors to allow fans into the stands.
