Having read the communication of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office regarding the provision for the completion of the investigation mentioned in proceedings no. 209 pf 23-24, decided against the company US ALESSANDRIA CALCIO 1912 Srl in respect of the following conduct: US ALESSANDRIA CALCIO 1912 Srl, for direct and objective liability in accordance with Art. 6, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Code of Sports Justice, for the conduct carried out by Enea BENEDETTO during the facts as Sole Director with powers of representation of the company US ALESSANDRIA CALCIO 1912 SRL, in violation of Art. paragraph 1 of article 4 of the Code of Sports Justice; and Petar STOJKOVIC (alias Michel), at the time of the commission of the crime, a person acting in accordance with Art. 2, paragraph 2 of the Code of Sports Justice, activities related to federal law within and in the interests of the company US ALESSANDRIA CALCIO 1912 SRL, in violation of Art. 4, paragraph 1 of the Code of Sports Justice;
