Advisor to the President of the Russian Football Union (RFU), former member of the Council of the International Football Federation (FIFA), Alexei Sorokin, told that representatives of the RFU will participate in the next Congress of the Federation .
The meeting of the 74th FIFA Congress will take place on May 17, 2024.
— Are there plans for RFU representatives to participate in international congresses?
— The UEFA congress has just been held, this year there will be a FIFA congress. There is no indication that the RFU will not participate. We are full members of FIFA, our membership has not been interrupted,” Sorokin told .
