All foreign players made it to the national team
To the location Ukrainian national team three more players arrived – Benfica goalkeeper Anatoly Trubin, winger Chelsea Mikhail Mudrik and Valencia forward Roman Yaremchuk. Sergei Rebrov’s team is holding a training camp in Marbella, Spain.
The arrival of three “legionnaires” completed the blue-yellow squad. Westerlo midfielder Sergei Sidorchuk and Genoa midfielder Ruslan Malinovsky also joined the training camp today. Earlier, Girona winger Viktor Tsygankov, as well as Alexander Zinchenko, Vitaly Mikolenko, Ilya Zabarny and Maxim Taloverov arrived to Rebrov’s team.
On March 21, Rebrov’s team will play an away match in the semi-finals of the playoffs against the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting will take place in the city of Zenica at the Bilino Pole stadium. Starts at 20:45 local time (21:45 Kyiv time).
If successful, Ukraine will meet the winner of the Israel-Iceland confrontation. The final match will be a “home” match for the blue-yellows and will take place on March 26 in Wroclaw, Poland.
The final part of Euro 2024 will be held in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024. The matches of the European Championship will be held in arenas in Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart.
