Whose is it Milan? The Milan prosecutor’s office, which is investigating the transfer of shares from Elliott to RedBird, has found time to forward a (small) part of the investigation to the federal prosecutor’s office of the Football Federation. This is a 12-page search warrant issued last week, which in one form or another is of keen interest to the FFI: in this document, in essence, obstruction of the supervisory functions of the Football Federation is assumed to be a crime, given that incomplete information could have been provided to the commission for the acquisition of corporate shares of Via Allegri. And this could constitute a breach of Article 32(5), which for Milan, if found, could obviously result in a fine or penalty of one or more points.
