The first fight between Francis and Tyson almost ended in a sensation
WBC title holder Tyson Fury stated that he would be ready for a rematch with the former UFC world champion Francis Ngannou.
“Like I always said, if there’s money, I’ll fight anyone. If fans still want to see this fight [с Нганну] and there’s money for him, then I’ll fight anyone,” Fury said.
Ngannou lost a decision to WBC champion Tyson Fury in his first boxing fight. The Cameroonian made a good impression against the current champion title holder, knocking down the “Gypsy King” and inflicting several cuts on the Briton.
However, the fight with Anthony Joshua went according to a different scenario. Ngannou lost to AJ by knockout in the second round. Francis was knocked down several times, and after another blow from Anthony, the referee stopped the fight.
Fury will fight for the title of absolute world champion against Ukrainian Alexander Usik on May 18. The event will be hosted by the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
