The national teams of France, the United States and New Zealand will play in the same group in the football tournament at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
The draw took place on Wednesday. The tournament will involve 16 teams, which will be divided into four groups.
Currently, 12 of the 16 participating teams are known. Three more teams will be determined in the Asian Cup (under-23), and the final ticket will go to the winner of the intercontinental qualifiers.
Group A: France, United States, winner of the intercontinental qualifiers, New Zealand.
Group B: Argentina, Morocco, 3rd place in Asia, Ukraine.
Group C: Selection of 2nd place in Asia, Spain, Egypt, Dominican Republic.
Group D: 1st place selection in Asia, Paraguay, Mali, Israel.
The final of the Olympic football tournament will take place on August 9 at the Parc des Princes stadium.
