Francisco Falcao, the first judge to take part in the vote, said Robinho should serve his sentence in Brazil.

He added that the former player could not go unpunished because there could be diplomatic tension between Brazil and Italy if a sentence is not imposed.

Robinho has the opportunity to appeal to the Supreme Court of the country. It is noteworthy that the former football player lives in Santos, and in March 2023 he surrendered his passport to the local authorities.
