The Catalans are actively looking for an alternative to Lewandowski
Barcelona wants to sign a forward Erling Haaland’s Manchester City and will attempt to transfer the Norwegian in 2025.
It is reported that next season the Catalans will rely on their main striker Robert Lewandowski, but in a year they will need a replacement for the Pole, who will turn 37 years old.
The Catalan club has long dreamed of acquiring Haaland and will try to make every effort to sign him in the future. It is also reported that Real Madrid is also interested in the Norwegian’s services. Erling’s current contract with Manchester City runs until 2027.
This season, 23-year-old Haaland has played 34 matches for City in all competitions, scoring 29 goals and providing six assists.
Barcelona is in second place in the La Liga standings. Xavi’s team will next play against Las Palmas on March 30.
