Winger Mikhail Mudrik recognized “Left match” after playing with Iceland (2:1) in the final playoff of the qualification for the European Championship 2024.
The midfielder, who scored the winning goal of the match, scored 29% of the votes. The London Chelsea player was ahead of Georgy Sudakov (22%) and Viktor Tsygankov (19%).
The Ukrainian national team defeated Iceland in a strong-willed manner in the final of the playoff qualifying for Euro 2024 (2:1). The blue-and-yellows conceded in the first half, but snatched victory thanks to goals from Viktor Tsygankov and Mikhail Mudrik after the break.
Sergei Rebrov’s team will play in a quartet with E with Belgium, Slovakia and Romania. The Ukrainians will play their first match against Romania on June 17.
Ukraine will play at the European Championships for the fourth time. The blue-and-yellows have consistently competed in the finals of the continental championship since 2012.
