The Russian refereeing team led by Karina Afanasyeva will work on the final of the Saudi Arabian Women’s Football Cup between Al-Ahly and Al-Shabab clubs, according to the website of the Russian Football Union. football (RFU).
The meeting will take place on Thursday, March 28 at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh. Assistants Ekaterina Chernova and Irina Chechenina will help Karina Afanasyeva.
Afanasyeva, Chernova and Chechenina are on the list of FIFA referees who will officiate international matches in 2024. Afanasyev and Chechenin are included for the first time.
