— People are fined more for certain household things than for gambling. In purely football matters, there is a fine for cards. So most people are punished for being late – for theory, for breakfast, for going to a game or to the airport. We have to go out in a certain uniform. I won’t say that we have a really strict system of fines. But when people often break certain rules, they take money from them,” Makarov said as quoted by “Championship”.
