Mikhail Zalevsky spoke about an incident during a team training session between fans and the head coach.
In training Zaglebie There was actually a fight between the team’s head coach, Alexander Khatskevich, and the team’s aggressive fans. The sports director of the Polish club, Mikhail Zalewski, spoke about this in a commentary on tribuna.com.
According to the functionary, no one in the club was afraid of the fans and did not hide from them. In addition, the players and coaching staff refused to write a statement to the police, but there were complaints against the club’s management.
“We had a training session scheduled for 10 am, we went out on the field at the base and started working. And at the beginning of the 11th, the fans appeared, about 20 people. They went all over the field to the player holding the preliminary match. The training team was divided into two groups: those who played and those who did not enter the field. So, I repeat, the fans went to the players. Alexander Nikolaevich, coaches, saw I took it and also went to the players. Well, the commotion started, the fans shouted something. Then some people, the most active, jumped on the head coach and tried to strike. Nikolaevich blocked the blow of one , but the second secretly hit him from behind with his hand. They also tried to touch me or hit me somehow with their feet.
– In a loud voice they expressed their dissatisfaction with the result of the last match. But we are ready to talk, no one hides their face, no one refuses to speak. But no, there was a fight. At the same time, the fans covered their faces, wearing masks; it is impossible to determine their age.
“There’s a fence, but people still come through.” We have already complained to the club that security measures were not provided.
– After the fans left, we stayed on the field and held a training session. Then someone called the police, but we refused to report. Why? They thought we had to be more than that, we weren’t going to be intimidated by 20 fans in the countryside.
– I can say this: people who saw the war in Ukraine, the revolution in Belarus, will not be afraid of 20 fans. But, I repeat, they really beat me with their hands, and some of them secretly, from behind, wanted to hit me with their feet. But the team stood up for the coach, who localized the situation. Nothing is left to the side.
Let’s remember the earlier clash with the fans Zaglebie Alexander Khatskevich himself commented.
