Crime took place in the stands of the Parc des Princes, in Paris, during the clash against PSG in the quarter-finals of the Champions League
Two fans from Barcelonafrom Spain, were arrested during the Catalan club’s victory against Paris Saint-Germainfrom France, by 3 to 2, after directing Nazi gestures and racist insults towards some members of the French fans, in the stands of the stadium Parc des Princes, in Paris. The decision was communicated by the authorities this Thursday, 11.
“Security forces (…) carried out two arrests: condoning war crimes and public insults of a racist nature”, informed the local Parisian police via Twitter (currently X). The organization also added a screenshot of a video in which a Barcelona fan is seen imitating the screams and gestures of a monkey, while another reproduced a Nazi salute during the quarter-final match of the Champions League.

Similar incidents occurred during a clash between Paris Saint-Germain and Juventusfrom Italy, at the Parisian stadium, in January 2023, with the court of France sentenced two Italian fans to fines of up to 4 thousand euros (more or less R$22 thousand, at the current exchange rate).
