Athletistic/Football. Former Spartak Moscow footballer Alexander Mostovoy shared his opinion on a potential candidate for the position of head coach of the red and whites after the departure of Guillermo Abascal.

– It is difficult to say who exactly should lead Spartak. I prefer coaches who are not looking for public relations and prefer quiet work. There are many experienced football specialists. Cherchesov, of course, fits. Plus, it’s now available.

There is no right answer, because everyone likes different coaches. It’s interesting how some people make money in a year and a half. It’s not clear.

– They are talking about Karpin.

– But why? He already has Rostov and works with the national team. I see no point in his transfer to Spartak. Additionally, other trainers are available. We can also cite Semak. But why? People have contracts,” Mostovoy said in an interview with a correspondent of “Championship”.
