According to information from the newspaper “El Periódico”, Turan stopped paying the rent and caused extensive damage to the property. The inspection carried out at the mansion showed pieces of walls torn off, deteriorated furniture and appliances and a lack of maintenance in some areas. “When Arda and his friends were watching football and a goal was scored, depending on who it was, they threw the television remote control into the pool. A control worth a thousand euros! He must have thrown around 10 or 15. They left cigarette burn marks everywhere, including on the furniture.”stated the owner of the residence.

The mansion is located in the neighborhood of Llobregat spikeswith seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a personalized cinema room, infinity pool and a virtual golf room. “When he signed the contract, he started shouting like crazy: “Barça, Barça, Barça!”, added the owner. The case is still ongoing in local court. Although the first decision was favorable to the owner of the house, the process had to be restarted due to bureaucratic problems in notifying Arda Turan.
