IN Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine a working meeting was held, in which the head of the institution took part Matvey Bedny and the president Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) Andrey Shevchenko.
Also participating in the event was the head of the state institution “Sport for All” Andrei Rebrina.
During the meeting, Shevchenko and Bedny signed a cooperation agreement between the UAF and the Ministry of Youth Sports, as well as a memorandum of cooperation and information exchange between these organizations.
The event participants focused special attention on cooperation within the framework of the integrity platform, an initiative aimed at ensuring integrity and preventing manipulation in sports.
The head of the UAF thanked his colleague from the Ministry for his support, which, in particular, helped ensure the qualification of three teams – national and two youth – for the European Championships, as well as the historic entry of the youth team to the Olympic Games 2024 in Paris.
Also, Andriy Shevchenko and Andriy Rebrina signed a memorandum of cooperation in order to attract the largest number of Ukrainians to sporting events and popularize football.
