He had already appealed the court’s decision in early February 2024.
The athlete’s claim for alimony was filed by his ex-wife in 2023. According to media reports, the footballer’s monthly salary is about 3.7 million rubles and, taking into account bonuses and bonuses, it can reach 12 million.
Safonov also filed a complaint against his ex-wife. The subject of the dispute was the determination of the place of residence of the two-year-old girl. The ex-wife of the footballer Anastasia Safonova (Kazachek) reported this on social networks. The girl also reported that the footballer tried to collect alimony from her in the amount of 13,386 rubles per month.
Matvey Safonov divorced his wife in October 2021. This season, the goalkeeper has made 25 appearances for Krasnodar, conceding 23 goals and keeping a clean sheet in nine matches.
