The Verdiblancos won the first half, the Nerviones came back shortly after the break

Betis And Seville failed to determine the winner in the 33rd round confrontation with the Spanish Examples – 1:1.

Quique Sánchez Flores’ men bounced back soon after the break – another joker from Quique Salas turned out to be the king of the goalkeeper after Marcos Acuña’s corner.

The game later was double-edged, but still the hosts were closer to victory. Betis missed their last chance to get three points in the 88th minute – Abde Ezzazouli hit the crossbar with his header.

Manuel Pellegrini’s team missed the opportunity to catch up on points with Real Sociedad, which occupies sixth place in the table. Their neighbors interrupted their three-match winning streak, but increased their lead from the relegation zone to 12 points.

In the next round, Betis will play away against Osasuna, and Sevilla will host Granada.
