The head of the UAF Ethics and Fair Play Committee, Andrei Davydenko, began an investigation into possible influence (manipulation) on the result of the Metalist – Kremin match in the 6th round of the First League (Knockout group). Director of FC Kremen Andrei Fil said that the club would conduct an inspection: “The president of the club said that we are going to a lie detector test on Sunday. I am the director of the club, the head coach of the team Igor Klimovsky and the goalkeeper Arseniy Korkodim. We will answer the question whether there were any agreements regarding this match.”

Kremenchuz goalkeeper Korkodim managed to react: “First of all, it’s unpleasant to hear such words from the club director. I admit my guilt in conceding goals. Unfortunately, I made unfortunate mistakes that led to defeat. I could have played better, but, in my opinion, I did not deserve such comments addressed to me. “I have nothing to hide, I am ready to undergo any independent polygraph if necessary.”
