Kjaer has been playing for Milan since the fall of 2020. The defender and the team won the Italian league title in the 2021/22 season.
The 35-year-old footballer has made 24 appearances for the club in all competitions, providing one assist. The Dane continues to recover from hip problems.
Milan are in second place in Serie A with 70 points.
