Athletistic/Football. The case involving Spartak Moscow midfielder Quincy Promes, linked to his leaving the scene of a road accident in Dubai (UAE), has been closed, reports RIA Novosti citing the local prosecutor’s office.
A Dubai court will soon consider, starting May 2, a request for Promes’ possible extradition to the Netherlands to serve his prison sentence.
In his home country, player Quincy Promes was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison for crimes including drug trafficking and armed assault.
