The Shakhtar player works almost 24 hours a day on his recovery with a rehabilitation specialist
Midfielder Shakhtar Artem Bondarenko spoke about his recovery from injury, and also commented on the hat-trick of Brazilian Marlon Gomez in the postponed match of the 12th round of the UPL against Chernomorets (4:1).
“My recovery is going according to plan. While the pain is still present. I was running, tripped in a hole and twisted my ankle. Everything is according to plan, I’m working almost around the clock on recovery with a rehabilitator. But the recovery time will be known later.”

Bondarenko was injured at the beginning of the match of the 26th round of the UPL against LNZ (3:0). In total, this season the 23-year-old midfielder has played 27 matches for Shakhtar, scored 6 goals and provided 8 assists.
Shakhtar leads the UPL, four points ahead of Dynamo. The Pitmen will play their next match in the Premier League against Chernomorets in Kyiv on May 5.
