PSG suffered a minimal defeat in the Champions League semi-finals
Head coach PSG Luis Enrique summed up the results of the first match with Borussia D (0:1) in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
“This is football. Sometimes things work out great, and other times things work out exactly the way they did today. We need to analyze the chances created by both teams.”
“It was a difficult game. There’s a lot of turmoil in the dressing room, especially after we hit the post twice.”
“But our fans supported us throughout the match. We must recognize that this is an exceptional stadium where the fans know how to support their team.”
The Bumblebees achieved a minimal victory thanks to a goal from Niklas Füllkrug. The return match between PSG and Borussia will take place in France on May 7.
Another Champions League finalist will be determined in the confrontation between Bayern and Real Madrid (the first match is 2:2). Their meeting is scheduled in Madrid on May 8.
