Spartak midfielder Mikhail Ignatov believes that the attacker Manfred Ugalde will soon score his first goal for the Moscow club in the MIR Russian Premier League (RPL).
The 21-year-old Costa Rican joined the Spartak team during the winter transfer window. For the “red-whites”, he played eight matches in the RPL and was not effective.
— Ugalde is good, but sometimes the attacker doesn’t score. I think he will score soon, and in the future [у него] there will be many. We help him with this,” Championship quotes Ignatov.
Spartak, having scored 42 points in 26 matches, is in fourth place in the Russian Championship standings. In the next round, the “red and white” will face Nizhny Novgorod “PARI NN” on May 5.
