Fluminense x new village enter the field for the third phase of the Copa do Brasil. The team from Rio de Janeiro makes its debut in the competition, as it was among the top eight of the Brasileirão 2021, while the team from Goiás had to go through White Riverin the first round, and Guarani, in the second, until reaching this stage of the tournament.
Fluminense comes at a time of ups and downs. Tricolor won the cuiabá in the last round of the Brasileirão, 1-0, away from home, and managed to recover from the draw against saints at the premiere.
