Another contender has appeared for the Ukrainian goalkeeper
PSG interested in Ukrainian goalkeeper Reala Andrei Lunina.
The French club intends to replace Gianluigi Donnarumma, who has not made a good impression this season. PSG sent a request to Real Madrid with an amount of 18 million euros for the Ukrainian.
The goalkeeper is also being watched by Italian Milan. In addition to the Rossoneri, Bayern and Manchester United are also interested in the Ukrainian. Real is ready to consider offers for Lunin from 35 million euros.
This season, Lunin won the fight against Kepa Arrizabalaga for a place in Real Madrid’s starting lineup. The Ukrainian played 29 matches for Blancos in all tournaments, missed 27 goals and kept 12 clean sheets.
Andrey’s current agreement with the Madrid club expires in the summer of 2025. It was reported that Lunin and Real Madrid are close to extending their contract. The new agreement will run until the summer of 2028.
Earlier, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti announced a systematic rotation of goalkeepers for the next season, given the successful play of Lunin and the recovery from injury of main goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
Real Madrid and PSG secured early championship titles in Spain and France, respectively. Both clubs continue to compete in the Champions League.
