The experienced midfielder scored a goal
Winger Dynamo Andrey Yarmolenko commented on the victory over Kolos (5:0) in the 27th round of the UPL.
“We won, so the mood is good. We played poorly in the first half, but after the break we scored immediately – and it became easier. Kolos, I think, spent the first half at a good level, they controlled the ball a lot, and it wasn’t easy for us.”
“We talk all the time in the locker room. But what happens in the locker room stays there and you will never know about it. We understand that now we have no room for error, so we had to go out in the second half and definitely score.”
“I have already said more than once that for me, in principle, all positions are not new, I know how to play both under attackers and attackers. There is nothing difficult for me. Where the coaching staff sees me, that’s where I’ll play.”
The Kiev team continues to chase Shakhtar: the distance between the table leader and the white-blues is only four points.
The decisive match for the championship title is scheduled for May 11 in the UPL. Dynamo and Shakhtar will hold a head-to-head meeting in Kyiv.
