The Donetsk club does not agree with the departure of Vitao and Marquinhos Cipriano on loan to their homeland.
There is only one step between love and hate. Until recently, Shakhtar loved Brazil and their players, and now a real transfer war could take place between the parties.
According to Brazilian media, the Pitmen have asked several clubs to return their players to them.
So, according to Globoesporte, the Ukrainian team sent an official letter to Cruzeiro, duplicating it to FIFA, requesting the return of Marquinhos Cipriano.
Note that the Brazilian club has already announced the signing of the player and introduced him. However, according to the FIFA rule regarding UPL legionnaires, the player cannot transfer to another club until early August.
In this regard, the Pitmen want the Brazilian fullback to join the team’s training camp and also play for them at least throughout the next season. In addition, Shakhtar still has the opportunity to sell the player to Swiss Sion for 1.5 million euros.
And the publication GaúchaZH reports that the same story happened with defender Vitao, who moved to Internacional. The Brazilian returned home in April and then his loan was short-lived – until June 30.
However, after its completion, he did not return to Shakhtar, but extended the agreement with Internacional for a year, which also contradicted FIFA rules. Moreover, he even managed to play two matches for the team in the Brazilian championship in July.
Internacional have said they are aware of Shakhtar’s claims, but the club believes they acted exclusively within the framework of FIFA regulations.
