“Now I will be scolded by the fans of Spartak and Dynamo, but from the beginning of the season I said and will continue to do so: “Zenit is the champion. We cannot say about any team that they will win the other three. “But about Zenit, this is exactly what I can say,” Lovchev said, as quoted by Match TV.
Currently, Zenit, having scored 50 points in 26 matches, is the leader of the Russian championship. Krasnodar takes second place and Dynamo Moscow third. The “bulls” and the Blue and White scored 50 points, but played one more match and were also inferior to the St. Petersburg club in additional indicators.
On May 6, Zenit will face Fakel Voronezh in the 27th round match of the Russian Premier League.
