Athletistic / Football. Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has spoken about his team’s showdown with Bayern. The Spanish and German giants will compete for a second ticket to the Champions League final.
“The Real and Bayern clubs are similar. I said it before the match in Munich. The German club has excellent traditions, history and great success in the Champions League. Both teams respect each other and it is just that “In the semi-final of the Champions League we have to respect the opponent, especially because they played better than us in the first match of the confrontation,” said Ancelotti quoted by the Spanish newspaper As.
On Wednesday May 8, Real Madrid will host Bayern Munich in the semi-final second leg of the Champions League. The match will take place in Madrid (Spain) at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and will start at 22:00 Moscow time. Note that last week in Munich the teams were divided peacefully – 2:2.
The day before, May 7, Borussia Dortmund became the first finalist in the Champions League.
